Fabric choices

Each Oliver and Sons bed comes in a variety of different colours and materials, ranging from wool to linen, or crushed to plush velvet. Handmade to order, we understand how important colour schemes and fabric choices can be to our customers, which is why we offer a sampling service of up to five fabric and colour options. Matching accessories

Crafted Beds is dedicated to helping our customers create their dream bedroom, which is why we offer the option to add a matching blanket box to your Oliver and Sons order to complete the look. Your blanket box will be the same fabric and colour as your Oliver and Sons bed frame, which will allow your bedroom to look cohesive and classy.

Mattresses

As Oliver and Sons bed frames are stocked by us here at Crafted Beds, we are able to offer customers who purchase these products the option to add one of our high-quality top of the range mattresses to their order too. We have mattresses in a range of sizes and with varying levels of support, from standard to coiled to orthopaedic for maximum support.

Sizing and customisation

Most of the Oliver and Sons bed frames come in sizes ranging from double to super king. As with the majority of our products and services here at Crafted Beds, we are always open to provide as bespoke a service as we can. Base types

With each of the Oliver and Sons beds coming with three base types, customers find themselves struggling to decide. All Oliver and Sons products come with standard slats free of charge which provides average support and stability. Alternatively, customers can choose to have a solid base lid which is reinforced and provides a higher level of structural integrity to the base of the bed. Finally, for those who are looking for an extra storage solution, we also offer a gas lift ottoman option for these beds.

Returns and deliveries

Delivering your Oliver and Sons bed to you has never been so easy. We now offer free nationwide delivery, thanks to the amazing in-house savings we make, we’re able to pass this saving on to our customers. To make the installation of your Oliver and Sons bed even easier, we also offer an assembly service. If you find that you would also like us to take away the packaging, we offer this service as well. Just make sure to select your preferred delivery option at checkout. Our free standard delivery usually takes up to three weeks. With returns, customer satisfaction is always our number one goal. If you’ve seen something you’re not happy with, or you’d like to discuss any issues with your product, we’re always happy to help. Our products come with a one year guarantee, however Oliver and Sons beds last much longer than this. If there are any issues with the quality, we will arrange for replacements, so please get in touch if you have any concerns. Crafted Beds will work with all customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Our customers are entitled to a fourteen-day returns period, provided that the product is unopened in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products and the bespoke customisation we offer, most of the Oliver and Sons beds are made to order. For this reason, any returns will incur either a collection cost from our couriers or the charge for the customer to deliver it to our base in Yorkshire. A restocking fee may also be added at the manager’s discretion.

Can I see a model of the product in person?

As we are dedicated to making luxury bedroom experiences for our customers, we do not have a physical showroom. The costs of running a showroom would mean that we would not be able to offer services like free delivery, which is a huge saving for our customers. We’re also able to offer luxury experiences at affordable prices due to our totally in-house run manufacturing process. However, our online photographs are taken from our customer reviews, so you can be sure that you get what you see with Crafted Beds! How long does delivery take?

Delivery varies from product to product and is also dependant on the extent of the customisation. The average delivery time is five to ten working days. If we experience any delays due to seasonal events such as national sales or holiday seasons, we’ll be sure to get in touch and let you know.

How much does delivery cost? 

If you live in the mainland of the United Kingdom, standard delivery is free. However, if you live elsewhere in the UK, get in contact with us for more information on the costs of delivery.

I can’t take my bed up the stairs. How can I assemble my bed?

We’re aware that some of our customers might face struggles in assembling and carrying their bed to their room of choice unaccompanied, which is why we offer an assembly and disposal service. Assembly and disposal service comes at an additional fee, but includes our couriers placing your bed in your room of choice, building it and then taking away the extra packaging. This is not included in free standard delivery, which is a doorstep-only service.

I like too many of the fabric options. How can I pick one?

We know that sometimes customers might like more than one fabric and are struggling to decide which one they’d like their product in. Thankfully, we at Crafted Beds understand your struggle! This is why we offer our customers the opportunity to get five fabric swatches free. Just let us know which ones you would like to sample and we’ll send them to you via post.

I want a fabric you don’t stock. How can I get my preferred option? 

We love to give our customers the ultimate freedom when picking a fabric, which is why we try to have so many options for you to choose from. However, if you’ve seen a fabric that you’d love to have our product in elsewhere on the internet and we don’t offer it, send us an email at sales@craftedbeds.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do to help!
