Can I see a model of the product in person? 

As we are dedicated to making luxury bedroom experiences for our customers, we do not have a physical showroom. The costs of running a showroom would mean that we would not be able to offer services like free delivery, which is a huge saving for our customers. We’re also able to offer luxury experiences at affordable prices due to our totally in-house run manufacturing process. However, our online photographs are taken from our customer reviews, so you can be sure that you get what you see with Crafted Beds! How long does delivery take? 

Delivery varies from product to product and is also dependant on the extent of the customisation. The average delivery time is five to ten working days. If we experience any delays due to seasonal events such as national sales or holiday seasons, we’ll be sure to get in touch and let you know. 

How much does delivery cost? 

If you live in the mainland of the United Kingdom, standard delivery is free. However, if you live elsewhere in the UK, get in contact with us for more information on the costs of delivery. 

I can’t take my bed up the stairs. How can I assemble my bed? 

We’re aware that some of our customers might face struggles in assembling and carrying their bed to their room of choice unaccompanied, which is why we offer an assembly and disposal service. Assembly and disposal service comes at an additional fee, but includes our couriers placing your bed in your room of choice, building it and then taking away the extra packaging. This is not included in free standard delivery, which is a doorstep-only service. 

I like too many of the fabric options. How can I pick one? 

We know that sometimes customers might like more than one fabric and are struggling to decide which one they’d like their product in. Thankfully, we at Crafted Beds understand your struggle! This is why we offer our customers the opportunity to get five fabric swatches free. Just let us know which ones you would like to sample and we’ll send them to you via post. 

I want a fabric you don’t stock. How can I get my preferred option? 

We love to give our customers the ultimate freedom when picking a fabric, which is why we try to have so many options for you to choose from. However, if you’ve seen a fabric that you’d love to have our product in elsewhere on the internet and we don’t offer it, send us an email at sales@craftedbeds.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do to help!
