Firmness
Within the extensive range of mattresses that Crafted Beds provide to our customers, we have a range of firmness options to choose from. Firmness is a very important preference to understand when looking for a mattress. For those who may suffer from back pain or other mobility challenges, the firmness of our orthopaedic mattresses will be much more suitable than some of our other mattresses. If you’re looking for a more soft mattress, our Naturelle range is great for those who want more of a pillowy feel for their sleeping hours. Materials
All of our mattresses are hypoallergenic, meaning that they can be used by any customer regardless of their allergies. We always try to make sure that our range of mattresses is as inclusive as possible, as everyone deserves to have a healthy night’s sleep. Each of our mattresses detail the materials used, which include premium fibre fillings in our Luxury Comfort range as well as 100% pure natural wool, cashmere and silk in our Naturelle collection.

Finding a comfortable mattress for you is down to more than just the firmness and the materials, it’s also about temperature, freshness and breathability. Our Naturelle line of mattresses uses organic materials which provides enhanced breathability, great for all year round comfort. Our Luxury Comfort line also takes into account varying weather and humidity, providing a winter side and summer side. These have carefully crafted temperature controlling compositions to ensure that your sleep is not compromised during extreme seasonal weather. Comfort levels are also dependent on the structure of the mattress, which is why we also sell pocket sprung, open coil and micro-quilted mattresses as well. Our Gel Flex 2000 mattress has mini tablet springs which support and cradle your body, as well as cooling gel encapsulated in memory foam: a perfect combination for a comfortable night.
Returns and deliveries
Delivering your mattress to you has never been so easy. We now offer free nationwide delivery, thanks to the amazing in-house savings we make, we’re able to pass this saving on to our customers. To make the installation of your mattress even easier, we also offer an assembly service. If you find that you would also like us to take away the packaging, we offer this service as well. Just make sure to select your preferred delivery option at checkout. Our free standard delivery usually takes up to three weeks. With returns, customer satisfaction is always our number one goal. If you’ve seen something you’re not happy with, or you’d like to discuss any issues with your product, we’re always happy to help. Our products come with a one year guarantee, however our mattresses last much longer than this. If there are any issues with the quality, we will arrange for replacements, so please get in touch if you have any concerns. Crafted Beds will work with all customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Our customers are entitled to a fourteen-day returns period, provided that the product is unopened in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products and the bespoke customisation we offer, most of our mattresses are made to order. For this reason, any returns will incur either a collection cost from our couriers or the charge for the customer to deliver it to our base in Yorkshire. A restocking fee may also be added at the manager’s discretion.

Can I see a model of the product in person?
As we are dedicated to making luxury bedroom experiences for our customers, we do not have a physical showroom. The costs of running a showroom would mean that we would not be able to offer services like free delivery, which is a huge saving for our customers. We’re also able to offer luxury experiences at affordable prices due to our totally in-house run manufacturing process. However, our online photographs are taken from our customer reviews, so you can be sure that you get what you see with Crafted Beds! How long does delivery take?
Delivery varies from product to product and is also dependant on the extent of the customisation. The average delivery time is five to ten working days. If we experience any delays due to seasonal events such as national sales or holiday seasons, we’ll be sure to get in touch and let you know.
How much does delivery cost?
If you live in the mainland of the United Kingdom, standard delivery is free. However, if you live elsewhere in the UK, get in contact with us for more information on the costs of delivery.
I can’t take my mattress up the stairs. What do I do?
We’re aware that some of our customers might face struggles in assembling and carrying their mattress to their room of choice unaccompanied, which is why we offer an assembly and disposal service. Assembly and disposal service comes at an additional fee, but includes our couriers placing your mattress in your room of choice, arranging it and then taking away the extra packaging. This is not included in free standard delivery, which is a doorstep-only service.
