At Crafted Beds, we know how important a good headboard can be. Not only is it crucial for the stability and structural integrity of your bed, but it can also bring drama and dimension to the presence of your Crafted Beds bed frame. With so many colours and fabrics to choose from, as well an eclectic variety of designs, our selection of headboards are sure to suit the needs and wants of all of our customers. Sizing and customization

Our headboards are created with our customers in mind, which is why we sell a combination of floor standing and standard headboards. Often, we have enquiries from customers who are unsure what headboard is right for them. Usually, we suggest ensuring that you have the correct dimensions for your bedroom to hand. In cases such as loft bedrooms and awkward spaces, floor-standing headboards might need to be customised as part of our bespoke service in order to create the ultimate bedroom experience. Our headboards come in several standard sizes, ranging from single to super king sizes. Each of our designs has a fantastic stylistic feature, whether winged, straight edged or curved.

Fabric options

Our headboards come in a beautiful array of fabrics and colours, ranging from plush velvet to linen. For those who are a fan of crushed velvet, we have an amazing assortment of colours from champagne to truffle. With over thirty options in colour and fabric combinations, we encourage customers to avail of our free sampling offer. You can choose up to five colours or fabric that you would like to look at closer and we will send you samples via post, free of charge. Similarly, we love to branch out here at Crafted Beds and cater to our customers needs where possible. If you’ve seen a colour or a fabric elsewhere that we don’t seem to offer, drop us an email and our Customer Service team will direct your enquiry to the right place. 

Button options

As always, designing and styling choices are at the heart of our headboard range. With our more complex designs, we offer our customers the option to choose the style of buttons for the upholstery of the headboard where available. Deep-button detail is available on all of our Chesterfield style headboards. Customers have the option to choose standard buttons or diamonds for that extra element of decadence. Returns and deliveries

Delivering your headboard to you has never been so easy. We now offer free nationwide delivery, thanks to the amazing in-house savings we make, we’re able to pass this saving on to our customers. To make the installation of your headboard even easier, we also offer an assembly service. If you find that you would also like us to take away the packaging, we offer this service as well. Just make sure to select your preferred delivery option at checkout. If you have any additional access requirements to your property, you can always let us know via our Contact Us page on our Crafted Beds website. Our free standard delivery usually takes up to three weeks. If you have a specific date that you would like your headboard delivered, or you don’t live in Mainland UK, drop us an email at sales@craftedbeds.co.uk to know more about our delivery charges.

With returns, customer satisfaction is always our number one goal. If you’ve seen something you’re not happy with, or you’d like to discuss any issues with your product, we’re always happy to help. Our products come with a one year guarantee, however our headboards last much longer than this. If there are any issues with the quality, we will arrange for replacements, so please get in touch if you have any concerns. Crafted Beds will work with all customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Our customers are entitled to a fourteen-day returns period, provided that the product is unopened in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products and the bespoke customisation we offer, most of our headboards are made to order. For this reason, any returns will incur either a collection cost from our couriers or the charge for the customer to deliver it to our base in Yorkshire. A restocking fee may also be added at the manager’s discretion.

Can I see a model of the product in person?

As we are dedicated to making luxury bedroom experiences for our customers, we do not have a physical showroom. The costs of running a showroom would mean that we would not be able to offer services like free delivery, which is a huge saving for our customers. We’re also able to offer luxury experiences at affordable prices due to our totally in-house run manufacturing process. However, our online photographs are taken from our customer reviews, so you can be sure that you get what you see with Crafted Beds! How long does delivery take?

Delivery varies from product to product and is also dependant on the extent of the customisation. The average delivery time is five to ten working days. If we experience any delays due to seasonal events such as national sales or holiday seasons, we’ll be sure to get in touch and let you know. 

How much does delivery cost?

If you live in the mainland of the United Kingdom, standard delivery is free. However, if you live elsewhere in the UK, get in contact with us for more information on the costs of delivery.

I can’t take my bed up the stairs. How can I assemble my bed?

We’re aware that some of our customers might face struggles in assembling and carrying their headboard to their room of choice unaccompanied, which is why we offer an assembly and disposal service. Assembly and disposal service comes at an additional fee, but includes our couriers placing your headboard in your room of choice, building it and then taking away the extra packaging. This is not included in free standard delivery, which is a doorstep-only service.

I like too many of the fabric options. How can I pick one?

We know that sometimes customers might like more than one fabric and are struggling to decide which one they’d like their product in. Thankfully, we at Crafted Beds understand your struggle! This is why we offer our customers the opportunity to get five fabric swatches free. Just let us know which ones you would like to sample and we’ll send them to you via post.

I want a fabric you don’t stock. How can I get my preferred option?

We love to give our customers the ultimate freedom when picking a fabric, which is why we try to have so many options for you to choose from. However, if you’ve seen a fabric that you’d love to have our product in elsewhere on the internet and we don’t offer it, send us an email at sales@craftedbeds.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do to help!
