Returns and deliveries

Delivering your bed frame to you has never been so easy. We now offer free nationwide delivery, thanks to the amazing in-house savings we make, we’re able to pass this saving on to our customers. To make the installation of your bed frame even easier, we also offer an assembly service. If you find that you would also like us to take away the packaging, we offer this service as well. Just make sure to select your preferred delivery option at checkout. Our free standard delivery usually takes up to three weeks. If you have a specific date that you would like your bed frame delivered, or you don’t live in Mainland UK, drop us an email at sales@craftedbeds.co.uk to know more about our delivery charges.

With returns, customer satisfaction is always our number one goal. If you’ve seen something you’re not happy with, or you’d like to discuss any issues with your product, we’re always happy to help. Our products come with a one year guarantee, however our bed frames last much longer than this. If there are any issues with the quality, we will arrange for replacements, so please get in touch if you have any concerns. Crafted Beds will work with all customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Our customers are entitled to a fourteen-day returns period, provided that the product is unopened in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products and the bespoke customisation we offer, most of our bed frames are made to order. For this reason, any returns will incur either a collection cost from our couriers or the charge for the customer to deliver it to our base in Yorkshire. A restocking fee may also be added at the manager’s discretion.
